Tavish Hower is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations at Moose Pack Inc (MPI), where she serves as the operational backbone of a rapidly expanding technology empire. Alongside her partner and co-founder Michael Moosbrugger, she transforms ambitious visions into functioning enterprises, managing the intricate operational infrastructure that powers 18+ technology companies simultaneously.
Her role spans the full breadth of operational leadership: strategic planning, team coordination, business development, vendor management, and cross-company resource allocation. She orchestrates the day-to-day operations across ventures spanning artificial intelligence, augmented reality, cybersecurity, education technology, health tech, and beyond. Where others see complexity, Tavish sees systems waiting to be optimized.
Beyond operations, Tavish plays a key role in AI ethics governance through the Integrity & Ethical Standards Institute (IESI) and its operating arm, the AI Collaboration & Ethics Authority (ACEA). She co-leads the company culture and values that define every venture under the Moose Pack umbrella, ensuring that rapid growth never comes at the cost of integrity.
